Sinfonietta String Players Day

Sinfonietta String Players Day is an extensive music education programme in which string players of all ages and musical backgrounds spend a day working in groups with musicians from Amsterdam Sinfonietta. Diverse workshops are offered and the programme climaxes in a musical production presented by the participants together with the musicians of Sinfonietta. Various concert halls have been invited to participate in a close collaboration of this kind with the orchestra. The halls are responsible for recruiting participants in the region concerned, while Amsterdam Sinfonietta provides the artistic content of the programme.
